How it Works.
1. You Deliver
Bring your pallets to our High Wycombe facility at 920 Abernethy Road. We accept deliveries Monday to Friday between 7am and 3pm. All pallets must be wrapped securely on standard pallets (no plastic non-standard pallets). Each pallet should have a clear, unique identifying number displayed for tracking purposes. Maximum weight per pallet is 1000kg. Simply provide your details and sign our Storage Services Agreement before your first delivery.
2. We Offload
Our team uses state-of-the-art electric forklifts to safely unload your pallets. We carefully inspect each pallet to ensure it meets our requirements. Our staff records each pallet's unique identifying number in our tracking system. We then place your pallets in our secure warehouse storage area. You'll receive confirmation once all pallets are safely stored.
3. We Store
Your pallets remain secure in our 10,500 sqm warehouse with capacity for 10,000 pallets. We provide modern pallet racking (both single and double deep) in a facility protected by top-spec ESR fire sprinklers, CCTV security, and monitored alarms. Storage is flexible - keep your pallets for as long as you need. You only pay for what you have in our facility at our simple rate of $4 per pallet per week. We track everything on a detailed spreadsheet for accurate billing.
4. We Prepare Outgoing
When you need your pallets, simply email us at warehouse@starretailgroup.com.au with:
- The unique identifying numbers of the pallets you need
- Brief description of the goods
- Your transport provider details
- Estimated collection time
Provide at least 24 hours' notice (two business days preferred). Our team will locate your pallets and prepare them for collection. We'll confirm when your pallets are ready for pickup.
5. You Collect
Send your transport provider to our facility during business hours (Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm). Your driver must provide your security code for verification. We'll use our forklifts to load your pallets onto the transport vehicle. Your driver will sign our receipt documentation to confirm the collection. We'll update our records immediately, and you'll only be charged for the pallets remaining in storage.
