Our standard rates are $4 in, $4 per week, and $4 out per pallet. We offer simple, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. You only pay for the pallets you have in storage.

Our service is designed for commercial clients with a minimum of 100 pallets. This allows us to provide cost-effective rates for businesses with bulk storage needs.

Our warehouse is conveniently located at 920 Abernethy Road, High Wycombe WA 6057, near Perth Airport and adjacent to Roe and Tonkin Highways, providing excellent accessibility for transport logistics.

Our facility is manned from 6am weekdays. We prefer pallet movements Monday-Friday between 7am-3pm. After-hours access may incur additional charges.

We accept standard pallets (1.2m x 1.6m) that are properly wrapped and secure. We do not accept plastic non-standard pallets. Maximum weight per pallet is 1000kg or 2000kg per bay.

We require 24-hour notice for pickups. For optimal service, please provide pickup details via email with your security code.

Our facility features CCTV security systems, monitored alarms, a secure compound, and is fully equipped with new top-specification ESR fire sprinkler systems.

No, we do not accept dangerous goods in our storage facility.

Red Dot Pallet Storage maintains a lien over any goods in our possession until all outstanding fees are paid in full. This lien is not extinguished if you temporarily retake possession of goods and extends to cover all monies owing, not just fees related to currently stored pallets. Storage fees continue to accrue until payment is made in full.

If fees remain unpaid or goods are not collected at the end of the agreed term, we reserve the right to remove the goods, continue charging storage fees, or sell the goods to recover outstanding fees. We will make reasonable efforts to sell goods at market value, with any excess funds held in trust for the customer.

Customers are required to insure their goods to their full reinstatement value while in storage. You must be able to provide a copy of your insurance policy or certificate of currency upon request. Goods are stored entirely at the customer's risk, and while we maintain a secure facility, we accept no liability for damage from events such as fire, moisture, theft, or accidental damage.
